Therapy Services
We provide therapy in a variety of ways to help you feel comfortable and achieve any goals.
We offer traditional 1:1 sessions, where we will collaboratively develop an agenda near the beginning of appointments to ensure the time is used effectively to meet your hopes.
Our therapists are also skilled to manage the needs and dynamics of multiple people.
We can co-ordinate joint sessions alongside partners, parents/carers or other significant people, where consideration of psychological and emotional factors can be helpful.
What We Can Help With
As Clinical Psychologists, we have knowledge and expertise to assist people of all ages, from infancy to older adulthood, with a variety of mental health or emotional difficulties.
Feel free to contact us for a free consultation to consider if we can support you.
Who We Work With
Our knowledge and experience allows us to empathise and communicate with people from diverse populations and cultures.

We support people of all ages, including children and young people at various developmental stages using creative and playful approaches.

Person centred care is fundamental to our approach and we make every effort to ensure all aspects of a person are explored.

We understand the significance of spiritual beliefs, cultural values, socioeconomic experiences and sexual orientation; with your personal characteristics incorporated in therapy.
Our therapists consider their use of language and vocabulary depending on each client, accounting for age as well as any intellectual or learning difficulties.

Where necessary, we can provide therapy with non-English speaking clients through our effective use of interpreters.
We appreciate that speaking via an interpreter adds a layer of complexity to therapy and we will support you with navigating sessions to ensure they are as comfortable, effective and helpful as possible.
